Pierre-Arnaud Conchon is a former partner of the French firm Cotty Vivant Marchisio & Lauzeral and a former associate of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Giroux, Buhagiar & Associés.

Pierre-Arnaud’s practice focus is primarily concerned with Stock Exchange Law, Equity Capital Markets, Public and Private M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Governance, Financial Restructuring, as well as related litigations (in particular within the framework of investigations and enforcement actions carried out by the Financial Markets Authority and directors liabilities issues). He has been involved in some of the highest profile transactions in the Paris market.
