  • • harmonization of collective arrangements after sale or merger,
  • • mergers and acquisitions, in association with corporate and tax departments:
       - social audit,
       - drafting the industrial relations clauses in sales agreements,
       - optimizing executives’ position (earn-out, golden parachutes).

• Litigation

Our team appears regularly in front of civil and administrative Courts relation with industrial disputes.
