BMS’ advises and assists companies, managers, shareholders, banks and investment funds in the negotiation and implementation of corporate transactions.

Working closely with the other departments, our team organises data rooms, participates to pre and post acquisition due diligence, negotiates and drafts all legal documentation related to acquisition transactions.

BMS’ specifically provides assistance and advice on issuance of securities, prevention and settlement of shareholders' conflicts.

Our Firm also looks after the daily corporate life of its clients.
